It is St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Preschool’s goal to offer quality education to all its students. Limited class sizes have been established in each age group to ensure that this goal is met. These limited class sizes necessitate establishing waiting lists.

Admittance is administered by the Director. It is the Director’s responsibility to review new student applications and the assign priority. Decisions on Parishioner Status will be made by the church office in conjunction with the Pastor.

Completed applications are dated at the time of receipt. Within each of the following categories date of the application controls order of priority. Our policy for accepting new students is as follows:

1. Students and siblings of CURRENT school families.
2. St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church parishioners who have been registered in the Parish for at least one year and make regular contributions to the St. Thomas Parish and it’s activities in terms of service and financial support (by use of church donation envelopes).
3. Students of registered, active, contributing families from other parishes for at least one year.
4. Students of inactive Catholic families.
5. Students of non-Catholic families.

Waiting List Information

To place your child on our waiting list there is a charge of $20 and several forms must be filled out. Please call our office at (520) 577-0503 or e-mail us at sthomaspreschool@gmail.com to have a packet sent to you. We look forward to hearing from you!

Tuition Rates

We anticipate a yearly increase of 3-5% in tuition rates.

 Extended Care hours for Preschool  registered students will be from 7:30 am – 9:00 am and 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm daily. The rate of $4.75 per hour will be prorated. Daily Rate: $25.00.   Tuition is due the first  of the month and Extended Care is due by the 25th of the month. A $20.00 Late Fee may be added to all outstanding balances.

 Extended Care hours for Pre-K registered students will be from 7:30 am – 9:00 am and 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm daily. The rate of $4.00 per hour will be prorated. Daily Rate: $25.00.   Tuition is due the first  of the month and Extended Care is due by the 25th of the month. A $20.00 Late Fee may be added to all outstanding balances.
